The Basic Needs program offers both direct resources to enrolled CI students and refers to county and state resources to help support access issues that stretch beyond what the program is able to provide. This fund has been established to help provide basic necessities to those with the greatest need. To learn more about the Disaster Relief Fund and apply for assistance, review and complete the . The short form created by 2-1-1 Ventura County, allows residents to share their immediate needs and contact information. If they need assistance in another language, 211 is ready to support Spanish, Chines (simplified), Vietnamese, Russian, Tagalog, Korean. As resources and relief options become available, these individuals will receive timely updates and guidance. Additionally, the Ventura County VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster) will use this information to organize response efforts and address the most pressing needs across our community.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Disaster Relief Assistance for Immigrants

Hygiene Care Items
- The CSU Channel Islands Dolphin Pantry exists to provide immediate food, toiletries and basic necessities at no cost to students in need. The goal of the Dolphin Pantry is to decrease the impact that food and hygiene insecurities have on the academic success of students and to alleviate hunger within our student community. Hygiene items include toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, feminine products, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and more. The Dolphin Pantry is located in Arroyo Hall room 114.
