LGBTQ+ Exhibit – Sept. 12-16

LGBTQ termsWhen you hear LGBTQ+, do you know what the “+” includes? What do these acronyms stand for? As our understanding of human gender and sexuality grows, so does the list of gender and sexual minority identities embraced by people at CI and beyond. Intercultural Services and Retention Outreach & Inclusion Student Services is proud to present the Gender and Sexuality Exhibit, an extensive (but not exhaustive) primer on gender and sexual identity coinciding with the visit to our campus by Michelle Enfield of The Red Circle Project on Wednesday, Sept. 14.

The Gender and Sexuality Exhibit is shaped like a heart and includes information on identities, pronouns, pride flags, and more. It will be located at the Student Union Tree House Courtyard Sept. 12 through 16, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. For more information contact Motoko Kitazumi, Intercultural Services Coordinator, at 805-437-3243 or Motoko.kitazumi@csuci.edu.
